This policy explains what personal information Doodle Marketing (“Doodle”, “we”) collects through doodlebd.com, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it. Doodle is a design and content studio based in Bangladesh. If you have any question about this policy, email info@doodlebd.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company name and your message, plus anything you choose to attach or share.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
• Spam protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google to check that a real person is using the form.
• Server logs. Our web host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser and time of visit, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and deliver work you have agreed with us.
• To improve the website and understand which content is useful.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run the site and our business: our web host, Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA) and our email provider. These providers may store data outside Bangladesh, including in the United States and the European Union. Their use of data is covered by their own privacy policies, including Google’s privacy policy.

Client work and confidentiality

Briefs, files and information you share with us for a project are used only to do that work. For white-label and agency projects we never contact your clients, and we are happy to sign an NDA before we start.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and form messages for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the project plus a reasonable period for records and accounting. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Cookies

Google Analytics only runs if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies needed to protect the contact form from spam. Your choice is saved in your browser; to change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. The site works either way.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. If you are in the UK or the European Union, you have these rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email info@doodlebd.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
